Hebron Main Orientation

STUDENT ORIENTATION (AUG 10)

Please note that Hebron High School Orientation has been rescheduled to Monday, August 10th.

To ensure a smooth process for everyone, student attendance will be staggered by grade level:

• SENIORS: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• JUNIORS: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
• SOPHOMORES: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Orientation Flow & Locations:

Main Building & Cafeteria (Start Here)

• ID Badge Pictures (REQUIRED FIRST): All attending students (10th–12th) must take their new 2026-27 ID badge picture first. ​*Students cannot receive a parking permit without presenting their 2026-27 ID.
• Cafeteria: Clear school fines, manage food service accounts, and pick up bus route details.
• Main Hallway: Visit the Counselor Table for schedule change requests and check out our student clubs!

The Arena (Juniors & Seniors Parking Permits)

• Exit to the Arena: Once you have your new ID badge, walk to the Arena. You must present your physical ID badge at the door to enter.
• Parking Requirements: Before August 10th, complete your parking form and pay via RevTrak online:
• Google Form General Parking: Open exclusively to Juniors and Seniors.
• Google Form Reserved Parking: Available to Seniors only on a first-come, first-served basis. Seniors selecting Reserved parking will choose from 142 available spots located in the Main Lot (spots 84–112 and 194–229), Near the Arena (spots 230–261), or Between Main Campus and Hebron 9 (spots 319–365).
• Google Form Senior Painted Parking: Available "On the Hill" for spots numbered 1–83.

Due to ongoing campus construction, parking spaces are limited this year. Consequently, sophomores will not be eligible to purchase parking at this time. No exceptions.
